Refund Policy

1. General
All payments for FlowMagnet subscriptions are processed by the MoR. Inspiration Factory does not store or process full payment data.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted where:
technical issues prevent access to FlowMagnet, duplicate payments are made, or refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will not be granted for non-use, incompatibility, or breaches of Terms.
3. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Limitations
Clients and Users acknowledge that FlowMagnet provides immediate access to a digital service upon purchase. By completing the payment, the Client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately and waives any statutory or contractual right of withdrawal or refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., within the EU before activation). Refunds are therefore not granted once access to FlowMagnet has been activated, unless a legal obligation applies or technical issues prevent service delivery.
4. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle to retroactive refunds, except as provided by law.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made directly to the MoR. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the MoR.
6. No Alternative Compensation
Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method and in the original transaction currency. No cash or alternative payments will be made.
